"Rating is a representation of my interaction with the stylist. Bottom line is I can't trust them and even though this is the most convenient place to me, I won't go back. I would expect her to be they type of person to mess up on the back of head or something and just never say anything. I'm new to the area and this was my first time at this location. I have received a free MVP upgrade at other locations on my first visit, but the stylist acknowledged this was my first time there and didn't say anything or even offer the MVP service as a add on. No big deal, just thought they may not do that anymore or maybe it's location dependent. At check out I notice that she rung up the free MVP upgrade, so asked what that was about and she said without skipping a beat "Don't worry about it, it's the same price". Well yeah... the issue is I could have received more "service" for the same price. And I wouldn't have even cared if her response even remotely seemed like she made mistake or forgot, but her response and attitude clearly indicated it was something that she knew what she was doing and had zero indication she cared about my disappointment in missing out on free upgrade. I suspect she gets compensated by the company the same for a regular MVP as she does for the free upgrade to MVP for new clients, so she just wanted the extra cash for not doing the work. Missing out on a freebie kinda sucks but really my issue was with the overall deceitful feeling I got from her and how she made it clear that providing quality customer service was not of any importance to her."

"As a single mother with a son , moving past just a trim gets a little tricky since I’m not familiar with men’s hair cut styles. This place was great! Everybody was super friendly and no wait. Cece was great with my child. Will be back !"

"Overall, I didn't have bad haircuts here. Out of 3 haircuts, 2 were just what I wanted, and worth the not-too-pricy $19 plus tip. However, one haircut very much wasn't. While getting my most recent haircut, my stylist didn't listen to my requests. After pointing out a wavy spot of long hair, she told me that was "just how my head was." She also ignored my request to make sure that the hair on the top back of my head (where I always get a cowlick) was all thoroughly cut. This was impossible to tell in the chair, with my hair wet and looking in a mirror, but while she said she cut it, it was very clearly not cut when I went home. I went in a few days later to give them a chance to fix it, and the wait was going to be over an hour, which was longer than I had available. So, instead, I called to ask for a refund. I was told that they had lost my appointment in the system and so they couldn't offer me anything. I was then told that, even if they could find my appointment, they don't offer refunds, but would have me come in and have the same stylist go over my hair again. I asked to speak with a manager, and was told that the store has no manager. I was essentially left with no option for either refund or fixing it, except for the shaky possibility of maybe having the stylist that messed up in the first place cut my hair again (as long as I came in the same day I was calling and they could find my appointment). Instead, I've spent an hour with scissors trying to fix it in the mirror (I don't recommend this approach!). I will not be returning to this location again. Be warned - you might get a great haircut, but if you don't, tough luck."

"My oldest has autism spectrum disorder, and when he was a little boy his neck was cut during a haircut by a broken set of clippers. Ever since, he will only allow scissors to be used. Even though this is more difficult and time consuming, the folks at this Sport Clips do it, and do it well, with a smile on their face to boot. I usually get mine cut at the same time, and they always do a great job and are very friendly. This past week was no different, a great experience all the way around. Keep up the great work!"

"After staffing changes at our normal place and 2 disappointing hair cuts there for my boys and I we came to sports clips and were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff was,the speed of service and walked out with great haircuts. This will definitely be our new spot. Thanks!"
